terms & conditions
1. DEFINITIONS
"Client" refers to the individual or entity ordering services from Stellar House.
"Stellar House" refers to the real estate media brand operated under Sunday Money LLC.
"Deliverables" include photos, videos, 3D tours, and any other content produced.
"Shoot Date" refers to the scheduled time of service.
"Property" refers to the location where services are rendered.
2. PROPERTY READINESS
Camera-Ready Requirement: Client must have the Property fully cleaned, staged, and "camera-ready" before the arrival window begins.
"As-Is" Policy: If the Property is not ready, we will proceed "as-is". By allowing the shoot to proceed, Client waives the right to dispute deliverables due to property condition. No free reshoots will be provided.
Shot Requests: Input on specific angles or features must be provided in the designated section of the order form. Otherwise, Stellar House will use professional judgment.
3. ORDER DETAILS & ACCURACY
Accurate Information: Client is responsible for providing correct square footage, access info, and shoot scope. Pricing may be adjusted post-shoot if discrepancies are found.
Pricing: Subject to change without notice. Adjustments may be made for actual square footage or added services.
4. RESCHEDULES & CANCELLATIONS
No reschedule or cancellation fees if notice is given at least 24 hours before the shoot.
5. RESHOOTS
Reshoots are billed at full price unless due to Stellar House error.
Requests must be made in writing within 72 hours of delivery.
Property must be in the same condition. Availability is not guaranteed.
6. PAYMENT TERMS
Invoicing: Issued after the shoot. Full payment is due prior to downloading deliverables.
Late Fees: $100/month applied after 15 days of non-payment.
Delinquent Accounts: After 45 days, assets are frozen. After 90 days, accounts may be sent to collections.
7. SERVICE AREA & TRIP FEES
Our travel policy is based on the Los Angeles Thirty-Mile Zone (TMZ), defined by a 30-mile radius from the intersection of Beverly Boulevard and La Cienega Boulevard. Locations within this zone do not incur any travel fees. For properties located outside the Thirty-Mile Zone, a mileage charge will apply based on the total round-trip driving distance. This fee is calculated and disclosed at booking, but is subject to change at any time.
8. DELIVERY TIMELINES
Standard turnaround is 24 hours from shoot wrap unless otherwise noted. We do not offer discounts, partial refunds, or compensation for delays in delivery unless explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to the shoot.
9. MEDIA STORAGE
Hosting: Photos/videos hosted for 6 months. Matterport tours hosted until sold/leased or up to 3 months.
Client Responsibility: You are responsible for archiving your media after hosting expires. Stellar House is not responsible for storing or maintaining access to photos, videos, or other deliverables beyond the hosting period specified above.
10. REVISIONS
All photo edits are final.
Additional photo clean-up or object removal is $25 per order.
Each video includes 1 rounds of editing revisions within 24hrs of Delivery
Additional video edits are $50 each.
Revisions outside the scope of the original agreement may not be accepted.
11. RIGHTS & USAGE
Grant of Rights: Stellar House retains perpetual, non-exclusive rights to use media for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes.
Client Use: Media may be used to promote the listing and your real estate business while the listing is active. Rights are non-transferable.
Releases & Indemnity: You are responsible for obtaining permissions and releases. Stellar House is not liable for any claims arising from missing clearances.
12. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES & LIABILITY
Access: Client must provide timely, secure access to the Property.
Safety: Pets must be secured, hazards removed, and environment safe for crew. Unsafe environments may result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Damage & Insurance: Client is responsible for damages to our equipment/personnel caused by negligence. Stellar House maintains general liability insurance but is not liable for damage to the Property unless due to gross negligence.
Permits: Client must obtain all permits and approvals needed for shoot.
13. PROPERTY ACCESS, PERMISSIONS & PRIVACY
Stellar House provides real estate and marketing media services only. We are not a surveillance company and do not offer “view restoration,” neighbor documentation, or any similar services intended to capture or document nearby properties, landscaping, or obstructions.
We will never capture or deliver photos, videos, or drone imagery of any property without the clear consent of the property owner or authorized representative. All photography, videography, and drone operations must be limited to the specific property for which services have been booked.
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that proper permissions have been obtained before requesting media of any property. If a request involves capturing imagery of another property, structure, or private space without permission, Stellar House reserves the right to decline, terminate, or cancel the project immediately.
Stellar House and its FAA Part 107–licensed operators comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding privacy, airspace, and commercial drone use. Stellar House shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from client misuse of media, violation of privacy laws, or failure to obtain proper permissions.
14. RAW FILES & EDITING OWNERSHIP
RAW File Policy:
Stellar House does not provide or release RAW image, video, or 3D scan files under any circumstances. All deliverables are provided as finished, edited media that meet our quality standards. RAW files are proprietary creative materials and remain the sole property of Stellar House.Editing Standards:
We use professional editing workflows to ensure consistent color, composition, and image quality. Clients may request one round of reasonable adjustments or retouching within 7 days of delivery. Beyond that, additional edits or re-shoots may incur extra fees.Obstructed Views & Environmental Conditions:
Stellar House is not responsible for obstructions or environmental factors (such as large plants, vehicles, debris, or temporary structures) that impact visibility of a property. We will make a reasonable effort to edit such elements, but if they significantly obscure the property, full removal may not be possible.Creative Rights:
All media created by Stellar House remains the intellectual property of Stellar House until full payment is received. Even after payment, Stellar House retains authorship and copyright ownership of all original media files.15. MLS RESPONSIBILITY & CONTENT COMPLIANCE
Stellar House is not responsible for uploading, managing, or ensuring compliance of any media on MLS (Multiple Listing Service) or similar real estate listing platforms. We are not members of any MLS organizations and do not claim expertise in their rules, requirements, or restrictions.
We provide both branded and non-branded media assets for client use. It is the sole responsibility of the Realtor, agent, or client to determine which media types are permitted on MLS and to ensure compliance with all applicable MLS regulations and guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to, rules concerning branded content, watermarks, logos, agent likenesses, signage, contact information, Matterport 3D tours, Zillow 3D Home tours, and other third-party media integrations.
Stellar House is not liable for any fines, penalties, or disciplinary actions imposed on the Realtor, agent, or brokerage resulting from the improper or unauthorized upload of media to MLS or any other listing platforms. Clients must review and adhere to the rules of their respective MLS or other platforms before posting any media provided by Stellar House.
All media delivered by Stellar House is provided “as is,” and it is the client’s responsibility to verify compliance with any brokerage, MLS, or third-party website standards prior to publication or distribution. If revisions are requested to meet compliance requirements, additional editing fees may apply at Stellar House’s discretion.
By using our services, the client acknowledges that Stellar House is a content creation provider only and not a marketing consultant, compliance advisor, or platform specialist. Any guidance provided regarding upload procedures or platform compatibility is offered as a courtesy and does not constitute professional or legal advice.
16. DAMAGE, LOSS & THEFT
Responsibility: Client is liable for damage or theft affecting Stellar House equipment or personnel due to unsecured property or negligence.
Limitation of Liability: Stellar House is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
Insurance: Client is responsible for insuring the Property and its contents.
17. REFUND POLICY
Full Refunds: Granted only if service is incomplete or quality is objectively deficient and at the fault of Stellar House.
No Refunds: Issued for dissatisfaction due to staging, cleanliness, or lack of preparation.
Trip Fees: Non-refundable
Resolution Process: Contact us within 3 days. At our discretion, we may offer a refund or reshoot.
18. DATA PRIVACY & SECURITY
Collection: We collect personal data for service provision and billing.
Protection: Industry-standard security is used. Data is not sold.
Third Parties: Vendors and platforms are bound by confidentiality agreements.
Client Responsibility: Secure your account.
19. AMENDMENTS
Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
20. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Governing Law: California law applies.
Venue: Los Angeles County, CA.
Resolution Steps: First attempt informal resolution. If unresolved, proceed to mediation. If still unresolved, binding arbitration under AAA rules.
Class Action Waiver: All claims must be made individually.
Injunctive Relief: Stellar House may seek court injunction for IP protection.
21. TERMINATION
By Stellar House: May terminate immediately for breach or unsafe conditions.
By Client: May terminate at any time with written notice. Must pay for work completed.
Termination for Convenience: If Stellar House cancels with 30 days’ notice, unrendered service fees will be refunded.
Survival: Payment obligations, usage restrictions, and confidentiality survive termination.

23. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This document constitutes the full understanding between Client and Stellar House. By booking our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
24. PRIVACY AND DATA HANDLING
By booking with Stellar House, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with applicable laws.
Legal Entity: Stellar House is a DBA of Sunday Money LLC, a California-based entity.
