1. DEFINITIONS

“Client” refers to the individual or entity ordering services from Stellar House.
“Stellar House” refers to the real estate media brand operated under Sunday Money LLC.
“Deliverables” include photos, videos, 3D tours, floor plans, drone imagery, and any other content produced.
“Shoot Date” refers to the scheduled time of service.
“Property” refers to the location where services are rendered.

2. PROPERTY READINESS

Camera Ready Requirement
Client must ensure the Property is fully cleaned, staged, and camera ready prior to the start of the scheduled arrival window.

As Is Policy
If the Property is not ready at the time of arrival, Stellar House will proceed as is. By allowing the shoot to proceed, Client waives the right to dispute deliverables based on Property condition. No free reshoots will be provided.

Shot Requests
Requests for specific angles, features, or priorities must be submitted in the designated section of the order form. If no requests are provided, Stellar House will use professional judgment.

Late Readiness and Waiting Time Fees

Client acknowledges that the scheduled appointment time is reserved exclusively for the shoot. If the Property is not camera ready at the scheduled start time and Stellar House team is required to wait, or remain on site beyond the allotted appointment time, additional fees will apply.

A waiting or overage fee $50 will be charged for delays that cause the shoot to extend beyond the scheduled appointment time. Additional waiting time may be billed in increments at Stellar House’s discretion. If the delay materially impacts the ability to complete the shoot as scheduled, Stellar House reserves the right to proceed as is, reschedule, or cancel the shoot.

3. ORDER DETAILS AND ACCURACY

Accurate Information
Client is responsible for providing accurate square footage, access information, and scope of work. Pricing may be adjusted after the shoot if discrepancies are identified.

Pricing
All pricing is subject to change without notice. Adjustments may be made for additional services, actual square footage, or changes to the scope of work.

4. RESCHEDULES AND CANCELLATIONS

Reschedules or cancellations made at least twenty four (24) hours before the scheduled Shoot Date will not incur a fee. Requests made with less notice may be subject to full charges.

5. RESHOOTS

Reshoots are billed at full price unless the need for a reshoot is solely due to a documented error by Stellar House.
Requests must be submitted in writing within seventy two (72) hours of delivery.
The Property must be in the same condition as the original shoot. Availability is not guaranteed.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

Invoicing and Delivery
Invoices are issued at the time of media delivery. Delivery occurs via email and includes a preview of the media, access instructions, and a secure credit card payment link. Stellar House accepts credit card payments only. Checks, cash, and alternative payment methods are not accepted.

Payment Due Date
Payment is due within seven (7) days of media delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late Fees
Invoices not paid within seven (7) days of delivery will incur a late fee equal to fifteen percent (15%) of the outstanding balance. An additional fifteen percent (15%) late fee will be applied for each subsequent seven (7) day period the invoice remains unpaid. Late fees continue to accrue until payment is received in full.

Media Access and Usage Rights
Media previews may be made available prior to payment and will be watermarked or restricted. Final media delivery, download access, and all usage rights are released only upon receipt of full payment. Any use of media prior to payment is unauthorized.

Delinquent Accounts
Accounts outstanding more than forty five (45) days may have all access suspended. Accounts outstanding more than ninety (90) days may be sent to collections or pursued through legal remedies. Client is responsible for all reasonable collection costs.

7. SERVICE AREA AND TRIP FEES

Service area is based on the Los Angeles Thirty Mile Zone defined by a thirty mile radius from the intersection of Beverly Boulevard and La Cienega Boulevard. Locations within this zone do not incur travel fees. Properties outside the zone incur mileage charges based on total round trip distance. Fees are calculated at booking but may change.

After Hours and Weekend Shoot Fees

Stellar House standard business hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Shoot requests scheduled outside of these hours, including any shoots scheduled on Sundays, are subject to an additional after hours fee.

An after hours or Sunday shoot fee of one hundred dollars ($100) will be applied to any appointment scheduled outside of standard business hours. This fee applies regardless of shoot duration.

8. DELIVERY TIMELINES

Standard turnaround is twenty four (24) hours from shoot completion unless otherwise stated. No discounts, refunds, or compensation are provided for delivery delays unless expressly agreed in writing prior to the shoot.

9. MEDIA STORAGE

Hosting
Photos and videos are hosted for six (6) months. Matterport tours are hosted until the property is sold or leased or for up to three (3) months.

Client Responsibility
Client is responsible for downloading and archiving all media. Stellar House is not responsible for maintaining access after hosting expires.

10. REVISIONS

All photo edits are final.
Additional photo cleanup or object removal is twenty five dollars ($25) per order.
Each video includes one (1) round of revisions if requested within twenty four (24) hours of delivery.
Additional video revisions are fifty dollars ($50) each.
Requests outside the original scope may be declined.

11. RIGHTS AND USAGE

Grant of Rights
Stellar House retains perpetual, non exclusive rights to use all media for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes.

Client Use
Media may be used solely to market the specific listing and the Client’s real estate business while the listing is active. Rights are non transferable.

Releases and Indemnity
Client is responsible for obtaining all permissions and releases. Stellar House is not liable for claims arising from missing or improper clearances.

12. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES AND LIABILITY

Access
Client must provide timely and secure access to the Property.

Safety
Pets must be secured and hazards removed. Unsafe conditions may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

Damage and Insurance
Client is responsible for damage to Stellar House equipment or personnel caused by negligence. Stellar House maintains general liability insurance but is not responsible for damage to the Property unless caused by gross negligence.

Permits
Client is responsible for obtaining all required permits and approvals.

13. PROPERTY ACCESS, PERMISSIONS, AND PRIVACY

Stellar House provides content creation services only and is not a surveillance or documentation service. We will not capture imagery of any property without authorization. All operations comply with applicable privacy and drone regulations. Client assumes responsibility for all permissions and legal compliance.

14. RAW FILES AND EDITING OWNERSHIP

RAW File Policy
RAW files are proprietary and are not released under any circumstances.

Creative Rights
All media remains the intellectual property of Stellar House until full payment is received. Authorship and copyright remain with Stellar House.

15. MLS RESPONSIBILITY AND CONTENT COMPLIANCE

Stellar House is not responsible for MLS compliance, uploads, or platform rules. Client is solely responsible for verifying compliance. Stellar House is not liable for penalties resulting from improper use or uploads. Stellar House does not upload to the MLS or similar services.

16. DAMAGE, LOSS, AND THEFT

Client Responsibility for Property and Valuables
Client is solely responsible for securing all valuables and personal property. Stellar House does not handle, move, inventory, or safeguard client belongings.

No Liability for Missing Items
Stellar House is not liable for loss, theft, or disappearance of items unless directly caused by proven gross negligence. Mere access does not constitute responsibility. Allegations must be supported by clear and convincing evidence.

Property Security and Lock Up
Stellar House is not a property manager or security provider and assumes no duty to secure the Property. This includes locking doors, arming alarms, or safeguarding the Property. Any such actions performed as a courtesy do not create liability. Client remains solely responsible for confirming the Property is secured.

No Liability for Break Ins
Stellar House is not liable for theft, damage, vandalism, or unauthorized entry occurring before, during, or after the shoot.

Damage to Stellar House Equipment or Personnel
Client is responsible for damage, loss, or injury resulting from unsafe conditions or negligence.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stellar House is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Insurance
Client is responsible for insuring the Property and its contents.

17. REFUND POLICY

Refunds are issued only if services are incomplete or objectively deficient due to Stellar House error. No refunds are issued for dissatisfaction related to staging or preparation. Trip fees are non refundable. Requests must be made within three (3) days.

18. DATA PRIVACY AND SECURITY

Stellar House collects data for service delivery and billing only. Industry standard security practices are used. Client is responsible for securing account access.

19. AMENDMENTS

Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

20. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Governing Law
California law applies.

Venue
Los Angeles County, California.

Resolution
Disputes must proceed through informal resolution, mediation, then binding arbitration under AAA rules. Claims must be made individually. Stellar House may seek injunctive relief for intellectual property protection.

21. TERMINATION

Stellar House may terminate immediately for breach or unsafe conditions. Client may terminate at any time but must pay for work completed. Payment obligations and usage restrictions survive termination.

23. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This document constitutes the entire agreement between Client and Stellar House.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking services through Stellar House, whether booked online by the Client or booked on the Client’s behalf by Stellar House at the Client’s request, the Client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service. Acceptance also occurs upon receipt of a booking confirmation, permitting Stellar House to perform services, or allowing the shoot to proceed. Continued use of Stellar House services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

24. PRIVACY AND DATA HANDLING

By booking services, Client agrees to the Stellar House Privacy Policy.

Legal Entity
Stellar House is a DBA of Sunday Money LLC, a California based entity.
